Our Returns Policy lasts 7 business days. If 7 business days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unopen and in the same condition that you received it. To return your item visit the same courier store that you have received your item from and inform the staff that you wish to have return an item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, accordingly.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
Please, be kindly informed that the delivery costs that you were charged when purchasing the item will not be refunded. You will only be refunded for the amount you have paid for the desired item.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the items you purchased for the same item, send us an email to email@example.com and return your item to the same courier store from which you have received it.
As soon as the replacement item arrives at the courier store (that you selected) an SMS will be sent to you so that you can visit the store and receive the item.
